This is an absolutely gorgeous neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, proximity to everything. This neighborhood is rated as "Walker's paradise" on Zillow.com, as it is so close to everything (grocery, book store, liquor store, restaurants, attractions) you might need to access during your trip.

Good to know
This is a spacious studio with private bathroom. On top of all the basics, we also supply iron and board. No kitchen, yet we do provide mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water boiler
Other Details to Note
Street parking is free in this neighborhood. However, it is on a first-come-first serve basis. Finding a spot during late night (after 9PM) can be tricky. If you have to arrive late, try the 30/29/28th street, which are usually easier than St Paul St. The size of the room is about 300 sq ft
