Our house located in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood at Charles Village. 1. 3 min walk to Johns Hopkins University/JHMI shuttle stop/public transportation 2. 10 min walk to dining, grocery and liquor stores. 2. 7 min driving to Penn Station/Baltimore Zoo/Lake Parks 3. 15 min driving to downtown/Inner Harbor/Fells Point. 4. 50 min driving/45 min MARC train ride to Washington DC.

You have access to the entire studio (with 100% privacy), your very own private full bathroom, a private kitchenette with (ONLY) microwave and mini fridge. You also have access to the washer and dryer in the basement.

The kitchenette may only accommodate very basic cooking needs. It offers a microwave, a compact fridge, and a coffee machine. It doesn't have sink or stove. House temperature is centrally controlled at 68-72F. There is a portable air conditioner in the unit, with a vent pipe connected to the wall. This air conditioner will be unplugged and removed during late fall/winter when outside temperature is below 60 F.
